I am constantly wondering: How can we do this better?
In the last decade, I have dedicated my research and training to helping others become better leaders and negotiators in order to effectively shape and improve their personal and professional lives.
Originally from Western New York, I moved in 2012 to Munich, Germany - sight unseen. In 2020, I took a position at the University of Amsterdam, Amsterdam Business School. As with many plans in 2020, I took first a detour to Hamburg - another city with many bridges and lots of water! - and am currently residing there.
